Helping children with SEND access education, and opportunities, to which they have a legal right
SEND = Special Educational Needs or Disabilities
Worried about a child struggling in education, and beyond?
All children who have physical, mental or neurodiverse needs, with or without a diagnosis, have a legal right to a suitable education. Laws that should help these children can be misunderstood or misapplied. We share FREE legal guidance – helping children be the best version of themselves.

How we help
Our aim is to increase legal understanding and achieve better outcomes. We bring together SEND families, lawyers, schools and local authorities to share questions and answers, with a special focus on the Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) in England, Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in Wales and Disability law in Education. Wherever you start, we are here to help you on your journey.
“As both a lawyer and mother to a disabled child, I have been horrified by the EHCP system. The thought of all the children missing out on education they are entitled to because of the way in which the system is run is just horrendous”
